How we work

A clear process, from the first conversation to delivery

We work in six steps, with everything in writing and no surprises in scope or price:

1. First conversation. You tell us what you need. If you already know, you can begin directly with Start Project.
2. Appointment and in-depth preview. At the appointment we schedule, we show you a preview of your project and define scope, timeline and budget.
3. Written proposal. Scope, deliverables, price and schedule. If it does not convince you, we decide together whether you prefer an adjusted proposal or a refund of your Start Project payment.
4. Custom design and development. We design and build with progress you can review.
5. Launch and measurement. We publish, measure performance with PageSpeed and leave the Google tools configured.
6. Ongoing support. With the monthly care plan we maintain hosting, security, backups and changes.
